Why does'nt my Webstripper or Offline Brower work? - This software has a built in mechanism to terminate connectivity for a period of five [5] minutes when an attempt is made to download the entire site. This site is provided for online browsing and use of this type of software may lead to the termination of your account.

Why must I enter my Userid and Password again? - In order to provide this feature to our members it required utilizing third party software. This software has it's own built in security system that had to be fitted into the normal Badpuppy system. As such, each time you enter you must be validated against it's own system.

What is the deal with the Page Numbers? - There is a formula that the developers used that is based on the available posts in the requested newsgroup, multiplied by the number of thumbnails that will be displayed on each page. The beginning page, older postings, is Page 1 and the last page number on the right represents the newer postings and is usually the first to display. Depending on how many total pages are available the system will display POINT PAGES that will help you navigate to Specific Pages more easily.

What is the All Samples button? - Basically consider this button to be a REFRESH for the page of Thumbnails you are currently reviewing. It has no other function.

What about inappropriate USENET posts? - We often hear: "Hey! There's a (insert word here) picture in my (insert different word here) newsgroup! Why do you allow it?". We have no control over posts. The true answer to the question lies in understanding how the USENET works. Because we are one of the 17,000 or so servers which carry part or all of the USENET, we have no control over posting. The content of any newsgroup picture is solely the responsibility of the person or persons who originally posted that picture. Our news server is a completely automated service, and is unable to exert any editorial control over postings. Inappropriate or offensive material may be posted to newsgroups represented here. The best solution to the ongoing problem of inappropriate posts is to send e-mail to the person or organization who posted it. On each index page, the e-mail address of the person who posted the picture is posted.

What is the USENET? - The USENET is a discussion network that spans about 17,000 servers across the world. People post articles, messages and binary files to this network which goes to their local server and is then distributed throughout the rest of the network. There is no central location for this network of servers so all servers feed into and off of the network in a highly dynamic manner. Some groups are moderated, meaning that articles are cleared before posting and many groups are not. Binary groups tend not to be moderated. Briefly, no person, group, government, business, organization, etc...has control or authority over the entire USENET. Some servers reside in univeristies, some belong to individuals, and a vast number belong to commercial entities.

Where do the pictures come from? - All the postings you see on our news server come from public newsgroups in USENET. These postings are entirely made by people outside of our control and direction. We do not select which postings arrive on our servers, nor do we alter the content of the postings. We do not scan, post, create,or modify any pictures that appear on the news servers ourselves with the exception of Badpuppy owned or licensed works. This is a service which helps you to access the USENET in a manner which may be more convenient and efficient for you.

Remember that anyone with USENET access can post anything to any group they wish. Therefore, if you are concerned either with the quality or content of any picture, please do not complain to us. Since we don't make any of the pictures, we can't fix any of them.

Why are Parts of the Posts missing? - Postings can be lost anywhere in the USENET network as they propogate from server to server. We make a reasonable effort to build a news server which will receive as many postings as possible, but we cannot and will not be held responsible for not receiving any specific postings. We reserve the right to modify the list of groups carried on Badpuppy without prior notification.

Why are images Missing or Corrupted? - This software provides a real-time download from the newsgroups so, there are times where you will see incomplete images and empty spaces. This happens if a users post does not complete properly. It is no fault of your browser or the Newsgroup server.

Why am I unable to see movies or hear audio files? - While you are able to see and download the individual movie and audio files, you will have to have a program that will put them back together again. This software does not provide that service.
